WHAT IS A SECOND LIFE PRODUCT?

All Second Life products have either been marked in transit or either quickly tested or returned by our customers. They’re still in good working order but often they can’t be sold as new due to minor defects such as scratches, stains, or minor damage to the packaging.

Our expert team of specialists then check and refurbish these products so that they can be sold on our website and in our stores as Second Life products at a discounted price.

ARE SECOND LIFE PRODUCTS TESTED TO MAKE SURE THEY’RE SAFE?

We can guarantee that all Second Life products are fully checked over by our team of specialists before we sell them to you. If they find a problem, such as worn brake pads, the product will be fully refurbished, so it’s in full working order again.

WHAT IS YOUR SECOND LIFE RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

Due to the nature of the products and our desire to reduce our environmental impact, all returns must be made in store. There our team will examine the Second Life product before accepting the return.

Please note we will not accept returns for products not being in the condition you expected. It is your responsibility to check the condition of the product upon collection to ensure that you are satisfied.

Other than the conditions stated above, Second Life products benefit from the same returns policy as new Decathlon products. This means returns and exchanges are possible within 365 days for all Decathlon Account holders, even if you’ve used the product. Please bear in mind that exchanges for the same product might not be possible, due to the ever-changing nature of Second Life stock.
