Due to the nature of the products and our desire to reduce our environmental impact, all returns must be made in store. There our team will examine the Second Life product before accepting the return. 

We would also like to ask you to please check all Second Life products on collection to make sure you are happy with their condition. This will help prevent any disappointment and the additional environmental impact of revisiting the store to make a return.

Other than the conditions stated above, Second Life products benefit from the same returns policy as new Decathlon products. This means returns and exchanges are possible within 365 days for all Decathlon Account holders. Please bear in mind that exchanges for the exact same product might not be possible, due to the ever changing nature of our Second Life stock.
